The Information Hub is designed to provide all those, known as the 'Sponsors', who have decided to offer accommodation to our Ukrainian guests, with the information they need to achieve this goal. The network is about connection and it starts with connecting Sponsors, who need to know who else in Keynsham is Sponsoring, where they are and whether their guests have arrived. This you will find in the Sponsorship Network section, which also includes information and resources to help Sponsors throughout the process.

As well as helping our Ukrainian guests connect with each other, Sponsors will need information about how to help their guests connect with the range of services they will be entitled to use; health, educational, financial. Helping them seek out employment will be important too. And then there is the wide range of activities and resources that the local community have made available to our guests. Information about all of these is shown in the remaining sections of the Hub.

Form Filling will be an endless task. Fortunately we have an excellent volunteer who is willing to give her time to assist with endless paperwork, sit with and assist the filling in.
